Lulworth Stone has been formed around
a core team of highly experienced Special Military Unit personnel and Security Service officers who all have
a significant depth of knowledge and skill within the full spectrum of military and security service operations and training.
Our focus is on delivering long-term, strategically transformative capabilities to Military, Security Services and Law Enforcement at home and overseas.
We work with our clients to develop and build capabilities that can project power and utility, both regionally and globally, with the aim to drive excellence across the entire national security spectrum. Our unique offer is centred around delivering turn-key capabilities that are enduring and sustainable. We believe that the advanced capabilities must be delivered in such a way that they can be adapted and owned by the client for their future. Sustainability is key.

JOEL P
MANAGING DIRECTOR
After spending eight years as an officer in HM Armed forces, Joel served a further eight years within the UK Central Government.
In 2019, Joel joined with his business partner Simon to establish Lulworth Stone and develop bespoke human performance strategies for defence.
SIMON M
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Simon retired from the Royal Marines and Specialist Military Units in 2019 after a 15-year long career. He brings direct experience of delivering strategic capabilities in support of national objectives. Simon left the military in 2019 setting up a company with his business partner Joel, delivering strategic capabilities to government and defence.
