JOEL P
DIRECTOR
After spending eight years as an officer in HM Armed forces, Joel served a further ten years within the UK Central Government leading some of some of the UK's highest priority national security operations.
In 2019, Joel joined with his business partner Simon to establish Lulworth Stone and develop bespoke human performance strategies for defence and bring national security threat mitigation, intelligence and strategic awareness to the corporate world.
SIMON M
DIRECTOR
Simon retired from the Royal Marines and Specialist Military Units in 2019 after a 15-year long career. He brings direct experience of delivering strategic capabilities in support of national objectives.
Simon left the military in 2019 setting up a company with his business partner Joel, delivering strategic capabilities to government and defence. Simon specialises in provided highly tailored international risk management and security solutions to business leaders around the world.
